How to Brew a Delightful Cup of Coffee:

1. Fill the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205℉" Preset, and wait for a few minutes.
2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness using the COSORI Coffee Grinder.
3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into the COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker.
4. Slowly pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a turning motion.
5. As the coffee drips slowly into the pot, a delicious cup of coffee is ready to be enjoyed.

Descaling and Cleaning the Kettle:

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Boil the liquid and let it sit for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe the kettle.
3. Rinse the kettle with clean water and dry it with a soft, clean cloth.
4. Repeat the process as needed.

Notes:

1. Add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle, but do not fill above the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base.
2. It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard.
3. When you choose a preset with Hold Temp and lift the kettle during heating, the CO108-NK will continue the heating process if the kettle is returned to the base within 1 minute.
